Serving Jackson and Josephine Counties here in Southern Oregon since 2003. I am a Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, experienced in distressed property sales as well. I live in the beautiful Rogue River Valley, and enjoy working with clients with all different needs and goals. I am experienced working with investment properties and a skilled negotiator, working with 1031 exchanges. I have the skills to market and sell luxury homes as well as work with first time and entry level properties. I enjoy assisting others in reaching their real estate goals, and the majority of my business is done working by referral from past clients and other Realtors. I enjoy living on the Rogue River, rafting, fishing and watching wildlife as well as traveling to Mexico and other areas. I am an avid house flipper, and I love remodels- I hold a certification in home staging/decorating as well.
